- 4 cups of kale, de-stemmed and chopped
 - 1-2 lemons juiced
 - 2 avocados
 - 3 cloves fresh minced garlic
 - 1/2 cup of toasted pine nuts
 - 1/2 cup Just Crumbs
 - 1/4 cup of Kelly’s Cheezy Parm
 
DIRECTIONS
1. De- stem & chop kale, use whatever variety you prefer.2. Peel avocados, and chop
3. Put lemon juice kale and avocado in a bowl and massage with your hands
4. Add salt to taste
5. Top with toasted pine nuts, Kelly’s Cheezy Parm, & Just Crumbs (optional: top with Violife Feta)
