KALE SALAD RECIPE FEATURING KELLY'S CHEEZY PARM

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups of kale, de-stemmed and chopped
  • 1-2 lemons juiced
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup of toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Just Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of Kelly’s Cheezy Parm

DIRECTIONS

1. De- stem & chop kale, use whatever variety you prefer.
2. Peel avocados, and chop 
3. Put lemon juice kale and avocado in a bowl and massage with your hands
4. Add salt to taste
5. Top with toasted pine nuts, Kelly’s Cheezy Parm, & Just Crumbs (optional: top with Violife Feta)
