• Vegan shrimp 8 oz (substitute with hearts of palm or king oyster mushrooms)
• 1/2 C. Vegan butter
• 1/2 C. Olive oil
• 8-10 Garlic cloves (crushed)
• 1 Tbs. Fresh parsley
• 1 Tbs. White wine
• 1 Tbs. Fresh Lemon juice
• 1 package Fettuccine noodles
• Sprinkles of Kelly’s Cheezy Parm
• 3/4 C. Kelly’s Just crumbs
• Salt & Pepper
Assemble your Shrimp Scampi Noodles, just crumbs, shrimp, pour on garlic mixture and top with more Just Crumbs & Cheezy Parm 😋Enjoy!
Add salt and pepper to the shrimp and grill with a little bit of grapeseed oil. Melt butter, oil, wine, garlic, parsley & lemon juice. When melted add a tablespoon of Just Crumbs to it.
